Carolyn Tremblay, BA, MA is a registered counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors BCACC. If you are insured through work or another entity, it will very likely be applicable to your sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment there is a 24 hour cancellation without fee policy. If an appointment is cancelled within the 24 hours then the full fee will apply. We do recognize that everyone has emergencies, so we are happy to extend the courtesy of a single pass when a session is cancelled on short notice.
Reduced Fees

If you are unable to afford the regular session rate, we are happy to have an open discussion with you and see what can be worked out to everyone's satisfaction
Payment
​
E-Transfer, cash, and cheques are all acceptable as a forms of payment, but credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Please note that payment is due at the end of each session.
